About Us:

CVIA was founded in 2023 to invest in long-term North American energy security and transition with downside protection.

Our Executive Team consists of Lawson Curtis, Sam Cummings and Albert Lin who have a combined private equity background of ~30 years and total career experience (including mergers & acquisitions, management consulting and operating roles) of ~50 years. Our investment team includes Anuj Mehta.

Our Advisory Board is a diverse set of executives that guide our investment framework, thesis development and execution. The backgrounds of our Board members represent every corner of energy and investing practices, including Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Mining, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Pensions Funds and Hedge Funds.
